The original Vonia product you have purchased is covered by a limited warranty of 1 Year. The limited warranty applies only to products that belong to the time of purchase to the current Vonia sales program. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end user. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Unless you submit proof of purchase, which will be verified by your local Vonia service partner, you will be obliged to pay for any repairs that are carried out. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product.
If, within the warranty period, the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials or workmanship, Vonia or their service partners will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or (at the descretion of Vonia Headset) replace the product or its defective parts.
Vonia or their service partners may replace defective products or parts with new or refurbished products or parts. All products and parts replaced become the property of Vonia or their service partners.
The term of the warranty begins from the date of purchase. Your dated sales receipt showing the date of purchase is your proof of purchase. The warranty period varies by product and is generally 1 or 2 years; consult your original Vonia product packaging or contact sales team at the time of purchase for the warranty term specific to your product ("Warranty Period"). Vonia's obligation under this Limited Warranty to repair or replace products that manifest a defect in materials or workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Warranty Period.
This Limited Warranty does not cover: 1) Any damage to the Vonia products or ancillary equipment as a result of such use; damage caused by (a) accident, fire, misuse, neglect, unusual physical or electrical stress, or modification; (b) improper or unauthorized installation, wiring, repair, testing or (c) use of the product outside Vonia published guidelines; 2) instances in which someone other than Vonia (or its authorized service centers) tests, alters, modifies or services the products in any way; and consumable spare parts and accessories (unless they are found to be non-functional or broken upon purchase of product), such as:
During the Warranty Period Vonia will repair or replace, at its option, products that manifest defects in materials or workmanship if you provide notice to Vonia and return the product to Vonia in the manner described below.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible, or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. During the Warranty Period, except where prohibited by applicable law, the end-user will bear the cost of shipping the product to Vonia or such other place as Vonia may direct. If the product is covered by the Warranty, Vonia will bear the cost of return shipping after service has been completed. Return shipping will be charged to the end-user for products not covered by the Warranty. Damage occurred during shipment is deemed the responsibility of the carrier, and any claim should be made directly to said carrier.
Vonia may repair or replace products under this Limited Warranty (a) with new or previously used products, parts, or components equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (b) with re-manufactured products using new components or new and used or reconditioned components equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (c) with a product equivalent to an original product that has been discontinued. If these replaced or repaired products, parts or components manifest a defect in materials during the remainder of the Warranty Period for the product they replaced or in which they were installed, Vonia, at its discretion, will repair or replace these products or parts.
When a product or part is replaced, the replacement item becomes your property and the returned product or part becomes the property of Vonia.
In the unlikely event that your product has recurring failures or Vonia is unable to repair or replace the product, Vonia will provide you with a replacement product selected by Vonia that is the same or equivalent to your product in performance. This is your exclusive remedy for a defective product.
Demo samples will be available for 7 days, after which you have to return it to our executive or dealer at there registered address. Demo not returned after 15 days of issue date or damaged will be billed to customer and be consireded sold as given amount mentioned on "Demo Challan".
